Hello and welcome! My name is Kelsey. I have been in love with photography for over a decade now. My passion started as a senior in high school, which quickly developed into my career as a photographer. I graduated from Potomac State College with an Associates degree in Journalism and I earned my Bachelors degree at Frostburg State University in Mass Communications.
Some time after I finished my schooling, I began shooting weddings, senior photos, family portraits, engagements and the list goes on. I have been blessed with so many experiences and opportunities in the photography world. I recently worked for Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations & Sales for 5 years as their lead photographer shooting real estate, vacations homes and advertising pieces for social media and commercial use.
I have always been amazed at the capabilities cameras and softwares can do. My very first camera was a Nikon D40 that my father gifted me for my 18th birthday. Ever since, I have been a Nikon user. I currently shoot with a Nikon D500. My favorite things to photograph are people in a nature setting with natural lighting. I am knowledgeable with flash photography and I am advanced in Photoshop and Lightroom. Most importantly, I love working with people of all ages...and animals! I am a social butterfly and I love meeting new clients. I love making people happy and giving them a piece of “them” that they can cherish for a lifetime.
